As soon as a customer has placed and paid for an order through our website, we will send an email confirmation of this order to the customer.

Orders will be dispatched when all payments are verified and paid in full.

We do not take any responsibility for delays in the delivery process.

Please allow on average 6-8 days for products to arrive once an order has been verified and paid in full. If an order is required sooner, please call or email before completing an order to discuss alternative postage options.

Over bank holidays and other public holidays, postage may unfortunately be delayed.

The products featured on the site are in stock, unless otherwise stated, e.g. sold-out, coming soon. We do our best to keep our site updated at all times regarding the available stock for each product. However, if any items of your order turn out to be unavailable, we will reimburse to you the amount paid for this product as soon as possible.

Please note that until you have completed your order, all products in your shopping bag are still considered as part of our stock and could, therefore, be purchased by another customer.

VAT is included in all prices quoted on the site. Delivery costs are added to the total cost of the order during the order process.

If the delivery address is within the EU then you should not be charged with any additional duties or taxes. If the delivery address is in a non EU country then your shipment may be subject to additional taxes, duties or customs clearance charges. We cannot estimate these costs and we are not responsible for their payment.

Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
